Having worked directly for telecom operators we have extensive experience of telecommunications network implementation. This ranging from individual site acquisition to major turnkey/rollout programmes. We also maintain special relationships with consultants and administrators of all the other main telecom operators.

More recently we have been directly involved in a 250 site rollout throughout North West, Central and Southern England.  However, it should be noted that our experience also covers rollouts in Scotland too.

In addition to direct site search and acquisition services we also assist in the acquisition process through liaison with engineering design consultants, build contractors and cell planners.

As well as acting on behalf of operators we have of late concentrated and developed our efforts on that of the site provider in their quest for securing fair and acceptable deals when considering granting rights for telecommunications equipment.

With the benefit of over 4 years experience working from the inside of the main telecom operators it has become well established that considerable additional income can be generated from an area that historically has simply kept the rain off an occupier's building or unused areas of land.

We offer 3 different levels of service. Whichever one you choose you
can be assured of a no nonsense approach and professional level of expertise at every stage of the negotiations resulting in a hassle free conclusion to an otherwise time consuming, costly, with no guarantee process.

The 3 levels of service offered are as detailed below.  All of these are based on performance related fees, i.e. no fees are payable whatsoever by a site provider unless a deal has been secured.

Total Service Package: Management, rental collection & lettings.
Intermediate Service Package: Management & lettings.
Marketing Service Package: Lettings.
Miscellaneous Service Package: Rent reviews & upgrades.

Following various changes to local planning legislation concerning permitted development rights by operators and the ongoing concerns on health & safety issues, it is obviously apparent that an ongoing requirement for ready and easily accessible sites is of paramount importance.

Above and throughout our website is your link to our ever growing property database.  This details sites that our clients are readily willing to consider applications from operators and other associated companies.  Upon visiting the database you will find the basic detail of each available site along with an enquiry button.  When pressed this will automatically generate an enquiry form which when completed will be emailed to us and will receive our immediate attention.

Upon receipt of each enquiry form we will despatch to you an initial offer detailing the anticipated timescale for access quoting terms and any other relevant information.
