Peter Wilkinson MRICS IRRV, being the sole practitioner of Wilkinson & Co has successfully operated his own private practice since 1996.

The principals have not changed since those early days but the company certainly has growing on its successes over the years.The company has its main office, being located just outside Glasgow. However our clients needs take us throughout other parts of the United Kingdom, particularly, the Central Belt of Scotland and Northwest England.

With this spread of locations handling various instructions throughout mainland Britain and a client base of some 350 ranging from individuals, small companies to major plc's.We consider ourselves to be forward looking and proactive, and due to our size, geographical coverage and property expertise our services have proved to be of considerable assistance to property owners and occupiers alike. We believe the key reason for our continued success is simple - we add value to our client's business.

Part of our drive is to strive to develop new and better services to help companies meet their business objectives on time and within budget.
